Extended Policies


All items are shipped using the utmost care according to CDC recommendations. Each person handling your order wears protective gear and is screened for COVID-19 symptoms. Due to COVID-19 there may be some delays in shipping with USPS. If you haven't received your order within 2 weeks please notify us.


We sell fashion jewelry. It is high quality, but keep in mind it may not last forever girl. Keep your jewelry in a secure space free of perfumes, chemicals, and lotion. Do not wear it in water (i.e. swimming). 

We accept Visa, American Express, Master Card, Discover, Apple Pay and Paypal. You can use your credit/debit card to pay via PayPal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay through the platform.
All items are sent via USPS within 3 business days after payment is received and the order is processed, unless otherwise noted. Shipping prices are based on the weight of your items. Heavier items such as purses and select necklaces will incur higher shipping prices. Our heavier items ship priority flat rate so we would suggest you take advantage of this and order enough to fill the box as the shipping price should not change! Tracking information is emailed to you upon shipment. For overseas shipping, customs can delay packages by up to 7 days. Please check your shipping address and items in your cart. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for address/item errors caused by you. 
All items are final sale unless there are damages. 
Things happen in transit, so if your purchase arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery with pictures that show the damage to the product. 
If we validate the damage:
    •    We will send a pre-paid return authorization label. You MUST return the item(s) back to us within 3 days of receiving the pre-paid label. Once received, we will send a replacement item, or issue a store credit if the item is not available.
    Girl please use a trackable and insured mail service as we cannot be responsible for packages you mail to us. Please give us 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed. We will send you an email once we receive your package, and another email once the return or exchange has been processed.
We do not sell or distribute your personal information to outside parties. We use the information you provide us to enhance our marketing efforts and suit your individual needs. We take privacy very seriously friend.
